What payment methods do you accept?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Unless otherwise stated, all of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

What is the status of my order?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Check the status of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping email, which will redirect you to your Order Status page. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues, and please include your order number in your email.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
Project Brazen is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you. Please include your order number in the email.
Can I cancel, return, exchange, or refund my order?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please check your sizes and orders carefully before submitting an order. If you have an issue with your order, or have received a defective/damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
